Refund Policy – Load Network

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions, memberships, training programs, digital products, load board access, VIP Academy purchases, and related services offered by Iron Meadow Holdings LLC (“Load Network,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing any Load Network product or subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.

  1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Load Network are final and non-refundable.

Due to the digital nature of our platform, training materials, memberships, software tools, load board access, downloadable resources, audio lessons, broker data, and proprietary educational content, refunds, partial refunds, credits, charge reversals, or exchanges will not be issued once access has been granted.

  1. Instant Access & Service Delivery

Upon successful payment, users may immediately receive access to:
• Load board tools
• Freight listings
• Broker information
• VIP Academy training
• Presentation decks
• Audio lessons
• Downloadable content
• Alerts and notifications
• Business resources
• Premium memberships
• Proprietary systems and workflows

Because access is delivered instantly and digital content can be viewed, copied, downloaded, or consumed immediately, all services are considered fully delivered at the time access is activated.

  1. No Guarantees of Business Results

Load Network does not guarantee:
• Freight availability
• Broker responses
• Revenue generation
• Profitability
• Business success
• Financing approval
• Insurance approval
• Dispatching opportunities
• Carrier partnerships
• Operational outcomes

Individual results vary based on market conditions, geography, experience, licensing, equipment, communication skills, effort, capital, and business decisions.

Dissatisfaction based on individual outcomes, lack of business success, reduced usage, market conditions, or personal expectations does not qualify for a refund.

  1. Subscription Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:
• Reviewing all pricing and plan details before purchase
• Managing their subscription status
• Canceling recurring subscriptions before renewal dates if desired
• Ensuring the Services fit their business needs prior to purchase

Failure to use the Services, inactivity, misunderstanding of features, or forgetting to cancel a subscription does not entitle users to refunds or credits.

  1. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating fraudulent or abusive chargebacks after receiving access to digital services, training materials, memberships, or platform features constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to:
• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts
• Revoke platform access
• Deny future services
• Submit supporting evidence to payment processors
• Pursue collection efforts or legal remedies where applicable

  1. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly due to a legitimate billing error, duplicate transaction, or technical issue, please contact our support team promptly at:

We will review verified billing errors in good faith and may resolve issues at our sole discretion.

  1. Exceptional Circumstances

Any exception to this Refund Policy shall be granted solely at the discretion of Iron Meadow Holdings LLC and does not waive or modify this policy for future transactions.

  1. Agreement to Policy

By purchasing or using any Load Network Services, you expressly acknowledge that:
• You understand all sales are final
• You waive any right to refunds except where prohibited by law
• Digital services are considered delivered immediately upon access
• You agree to this Refund Policy voluntarily and knowingly
• You accept responsibility for evaluating the Services prior to purchase
